RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Local Returns (Trinidad & Tobago)
All purchases are returnable provided they have not been installed, used, or damaged. Parts must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee ($10.00 USD minimum). The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Parts returned as used, incomplete, or to a different address will not be refunded. Parts returned as wrong or defective are subject to the full restocking fee. Installed parts returned as defective or wrong without prior approval will not be refunded.
Parts returned after 30 days will not be refunded—no exceptions.
Return Procedure: Please keep your tracking information and send a copy of the tracking number to info@zmmaltd.com; this serves as proof of return.

2. International Returns & Defective Claims
All international orders are final sale due to high shipping costs, customs, and installation variables. Returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the case of proven manufacturing defects, under strict review.

Old Stock / New Old Stock / Clearance Items
Sold AS-IS; cosmetic aging or shelf wear is not considered a defect.
These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including defective claims.

Electrical & Precision Components
ECUs, sensors, alternators, starters, ignition and electronic fuel components are non-returnable once shipped.

Defective Claims – Strict Review
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Must be a manufacturing defect only (installation error, vehicle fault, misuse, or trial fitting are excluded).
Must include photos/videos showing the part number, packaging, and defect.

Inspection & Resolution
Approved claims may require manufacturer inspection.
If a defect is confirmed, resolution is at our discretion:
Store credit or Replacement part (shipping not included)
Refunds are not guaranteed. Shipping, customs, and duties are non-refundable.

Fitment Responsibility
International customers are responsible for verifying vehicle compatibility, engine code, and market-specific differences.
